By downloading or using the Rawdah app (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. As the app is intended for children, these terms are directed to the parent or guardian who installs it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
All artwork, designs, names, and the Rawdah brand are owned by the developer and protected by intellectual-property laws. Artwork follows a halal-first standard (faceless figures, modest dress, no music or idols).
The app collects no personal data and has no accounts; coloring progress is stored on the device. We collect only anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (e.g. which artworks are colored most, average completion). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Rawdah offers in-app purchases. All payments are processed solely through Apple’s in-app purchase system — we never collect or store payment details. Purchases are placed behind a parental gate and clearly disclosed before purchase. Any auto-renewing subscription is disclosed in the paywall before you buy, and a “Restore Purchases” option is provided. Prices and offers may change; the terms of each purchase are shown at the point of sale.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: amin@benarieb.com.
